Its been 11 days now since we’ve had any salacious news on the British singing train wreck, Amy Winehouse, but old habits are hard to break for Amy Winehouse. As it now appears she is already back on drugs and booze after leaving rehab.

A source told The Sun: “Amy’s in an awful state again - she’s clearly on drugs. Many of us think full time residential rehab is the only option but she won’t go back. It was hoped her new album and fashion range would keep her focused but it hasn’t worked. Everyone who’s seen her in the last week or so has been really disturbed by the state she’s in. She’s getting back to her worst.’

Well, she told us all in no uncertain terms in the lyrics of her song, ‘They’re tryin to make me go to rehab, I said no, no, no! And she meant it!
Returning to her old ways has seen her lawyer asking a district court to postpone her next court hearing, which is due this Friday, which is a result of her and husband Blake being arrested in Bergen in October 2007, when the pair were held overnight on charges of possessing 1/4 ounce of marijuana and released the next morning after paying fines of $715 each.

Amy might be in a position to say no, no, no to rehab but she might find the British judicial system a little less understanding!
