Despite the fact that Amy Winehouse has been living the high life since December 2008 on her Caribbean hide away island of St Lucia, it has now come to her attention that her husband, Blake Fielder Civil has been released from Suffolk’s Edmond Hill Prison, where he was serving a 27-month prison sentence since last July for grievous bodily harm and attempting to pervert the course of justice. Now Amy has decided to make the trip back to London to see if she can revive her ailing marriage.

However, Amy may have an uphill task on her hands as 27 year old Blake seems to have developed a mind of his own these days after being incarcerated at Her Majesty’s Pleasure and is still pursing a divorce from his beloved Amy.

A spokesperson for Amy admitted the singer is unsure if she can win back her husband, saying: “I don’t know if Blake will change his plans.”

Blake started divorce proceedings in January after Amy was pictured with other men while on her Caribbean holiday. The source added: “We are nervous about her returning to London. She thinks the fights and problems with Blake are romantic in a tortured love kind of way. We think it’s a bit sad - and very dangerous.”

If they divorce Amy could have to pay Blake up to £2 million of her estimated £10 million fortune.
