While a hoard of other Hollywood celebrity were legally making off with gold ornaments and enjoying the Oscars on Sunday night, The Hills’ Audrina Partridge had a couple of visitors to her home who evidently thought that her‘s was an open house for the night and they made off with her silver and gold ware!

The Los Angeles police department received a call at around 2.00 am and sent a squad car to investigate a break in at Audrina’s home but arrived after the fact, but luckily the whole incident was caught by Audrina’s security cameras which on all accounts she has now posted on her personal website.

Doesn’t the break in beg a very important question? If Partridge has such a high tech surveillance system, how come she didn’t have a high tech alarm that would have alerted even the deafest of local residents to the break in?

The video, at least has been of some use to LA detectives who say that the video which had now been posted on Audrina’s blog shows the surveillance footage of a young man and woman, both wearing hats, repeatedly entering and leaving the property before dashing off with two stuffed duffel bags. It was not clear what was stolen, and police weren’t releasing that information.

As if Partridge doesn’t have enough excitement in her life right now with the release on the Web on Tuesday of the trailer for the new season of “The Hills” , featuring enough turmoil and fighting to last most people three Oscar nights, she now has her own real life drama to deal with!

But anyway, the main thing is Audrina didn’t lose anytime enjoying herself doing the rounds at the post Oscar parties!
