Michael Bloomberg Keeps Smiling Through the Pain of Boredom!

MICHAEL BLOOMBERG.jpg The revered Mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg, last night stood among publicity hungry celebrities with a look on his face that said it all, ‘the things I do for New York!’

Mingling with the likes of Caroline Kennedy, Victoria Beckham, Alicia Keys, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ricky Martin and Liam Neeson, Mr Bloomberg’s attendance was aptly rewarded with a donation to the City by 74 year old Armani, of $1million to a public schools fund.

James Bond Leaves Olga Kurylenko Out In The Cold!

Tonight saw the London premier of the latest James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, and although temperatures must have felt as low as .007 the stars, their wives and girlfriends were out in full force braving the elements.

 

The main man, Daniel Craig was in attendance, still nursing his damaged arm but cutting a dashing figure in a black suit complete with his little red poppy. Standing close to her man was Craig’s girlfriend, Satsuki Mitchell, who certainly didn’t steal any of Bond’s thunder in her rather understated, and somewhat boring deep purple evening gown.

Amy Winehouse: A Brief Return to Normal????

The feud between Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson has been shown a white flag of surrender, for the time being anyway, as the two are now collaborating on a song for veteran recoding artist, Quincy Jones.
 

Winehouse and Ronson, the brother of Lindsay Lohan’s lover, Samantha Ronson, have buried the hatchet after parting ways earlier this year during Amy’s bid to become the vocals behind the theme song for the new James Bond movie, A Quantum of Solace. Finally, Solace For Daniel Craig’s Theme Tune!

Its official! Someone has finally come up with a line that will incorporate the words, Quantum of Solace’ and put it to music!

The people responsible for the task that has so many song writers, such as Amy Winehouse baffled (and lets face it she doesn’t need any more baffling!!!) are White Stripes front man Jack White and soul singer Alicia Keys. White, who wrote the song, also plays the drums on the track which is the first duet in the history of James Bond themes.
