The Big Girls Don’t Cry singer, Fergie and fellow Black Eyed Pease band member Will.I. Am are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over one of Fergie’s songs from her latest solo album The Duchess.

The Northern California-based, nine-piece collective who’s music is reggae infused with elements of jazz and funk are suing for allegedly ripping off their song, stating that Voodoo Doll, co-written by Fergie and will.i.am, is “substantially and strikingly similar” to Waterfall, from Groundation’s album “Each One Teach One.”

Lets hope Amy Winehouse hears the revelations from Fergie’s own mouth about her long and, it would seem, never ending battle with drug abuse.

Former drug addict, Fergie, of Black Eyed Peas fame, has told of the long slog she has been on for many years to recover from her habit.

Something here is just not making sense! Fergie may be a talent in the world of music and a fairly eloquent speaker and to date has not made a spectacle of herself in the same way Amy Winehouse has, but all that said she hardly ranks among the beautiful people of show business.

Although she is instantly recognizable as a solo singer and as the former band member of the Black Eyed Peas, she definitely lacks something in the ‘easy on the eye’ stakes.
