Fergie Sued For Plaigiarism

The Big Girls Don’t Cry singer, Fergie and fellow Black Eyed Pease band member Will.I. Am are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over one of Fergie’s songs from her latest solo album The Duchess.

The Northern California-based, nine-piece collective who’s music is reggae infused with elements of jazz and funk are suing for allegedly ripping off their song, stating that Voodoo Doll, co-written by Fergie and will.i.am, is “substantially and strikingly similar” to Waterfall, from Groundation’s album “Each One Teach One.”

The Bealtes Cleaned Up!

The 14 titles overall from the catalogue of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and George Harrison doing what they did best, complete with coughs, laughter and dropped notes, has all been cleaned up in the new box set the Fab Four’s greatest hits including, Please Please Me, Let it Be and Love Me Do.
