It certainly appears that having spent a few tumultuous months in her marriage to English footballer, Ashley Cole, Cheryl Cole has come out fighting and with a new found attitude of survival as she takes her seat along side Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue on the panel of reality show, X Factor.

The normally squeaky clean Girls Aloud all girl band, who were discovered after winning Simon Cowell’s British television reality show Popstars, have certainly had their fare share of controversy over the past few weeks.

Firstly with the ‘cheating husband’ revelation of Cheryl’s marriage and now with the release of their new single Hoxton Heroes.

The single was considered to be too controversial to make a track on the girls’ latest album but has now been released as a single.
