Say Sex and the City to just about anyone in the developed world and chances are a vision of yellow cabs, the Empire State Building and some trendy bar serving pink cosmopolitans in Uptown Manhattan spring to mind.
So why would the movie be released in London, England, before being released in America? Isn’t that like premiering The Full Monty in Idaho instead of Manchester?
