When the Brits originally came to America for the first time way back in the 16th century and were eventually sent packing in 1776, who would have believed that less than 340 years later they’d be back, but this time, not arriving with generals, majors and royals, but by off loading all their talentless, meaningless bimbos on an unsuspecting, but what appears to be grateful, and excited American viewing public?

Susan Boyle won the hearts, love and respect of the British public just two weeks ago when she went through to the semi finals of the reality TV show, Britain’s Got Talent, with a performance that we saw both Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan with looks of disbelief on their faces.

This overweight, frumpy, unkempt, middle aged woman, who had happily shared with the audience the fact that she’d ‘never been kissed’, brought the house down with her rendition of I Dreamed a Dream from the hit stage musical, Les Miserable, and went on to promise that fame wouldn’t read more ....

There can be very few occasions during the history of his television career that anyone can remember witnessing Mr Nasty, Simon Cowell, being lost for words or even being made to eat his words, but that was the case two weeks ago when an unexpected talent rendered him speechless.

As Simon, and his side kicks, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden sat on the panel of the UK TV show, Britain’s Got Talent, a slightly overweight, middle aged, unkempt lady wandered onto the stage and in a broad Scottish accent announced she wanted to be like Elaine Page.
