Finally the British people are standing up to the cancer-like rantings of Iran’s leader, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as he attempts to spread his version of Islam into the very heart of what is prodominently a Christian country.

At 63, Helen Mirren holds the enviable accolade of having beaten Pirates of the Caribbean star Keria Knightley and Simon Le Bon’s model wife, Yasmin Le Bon to an award at the Inspiration for Women ceremony in London last night.
