Its too late for medic actress Kate Walsh to administer CPR, in her capacity as Dr Addison Montgomery-Shepherd, to her now deceased marriage to husband Alex Young as he visited his local court house to file for divorce just last month.

The 41 year old Grays’ Anatomy actress, Kate, married the 20^th Century Fox top ranking executive, Young, in September 2007.

Although the couple’s publicist release a statement stressing that the break up was amicable and the couple would remain friends, that appears to be a little short of the truth as Walsh has now counterfiled for divorce.

So contrary to public belief, David Beckham does have an opinion of his own and he doesn’t have to ask Victoria’s permission before doing his own thing!
