Its official! Someone has finally come up with a line that will incorporate the words, Quantum of Solace’ and put it to music!
The people responsible for the task that has so many song writers, such as Amy Winehouse baffled (and lets face it she doesn’t need any more baffling!!!) are White Stripes front man Jack White and soul singer Alicia Keys. White, who wrote the song, also plays the drums on the track which is the first duet in the history of James Bond themes.
The pair have recorded the next Bond theme tune which has the title, Another Way To Die and will accompany the 22nd Bond movie which will see Daniel Craig starring in Quantum of Solace.
Keys, 27, the US Grammy Award-winner first appeared on the music scene in 2001 with her debut album Songs In A Minor and now joins the elite group who can claim to have sung Bond movie themes among who include, Dame Shirley Bassey, Madonna, Sir Paul McCartney and Wings, Tom Jones, Lulu, Garbage, Tina Turner, Carly Simon, Duran Duran, Nancy Sinatra and Sheryl Crow.
The last 007 theme tune, You Know my Name, was recorded by US musician Chris Cornell for Casino Royale, the last spy film in the hit franchise.
