The Ghost Whisperer star is reported to be contemplating becoming engaged to comedian Jamie Kennedy only months after her break up with former fiancé, Ross McCall.

The happy couple recently bought each other love bracelets (ahhhhh!!) as a sign of their commitment to one another, but now the girl who doesn’t seem to be able to exists without a sparkler adorning her finger is rumored to be planning to move her relationship to the next level, once again, with the likelihood of a pending marriage in the offing.

The couple met on the sets of the film Ghost Whisperer in 2007 and began dating earlier this year and now the 30-year-old actress is claiming that 39 year old Kennedy makes her the happiest she has ever been.

“We just make each other laugh and we’re best friends. Even though we haven’t been together for very long we are very much alike. The fact he is so hilarious is what makes this relationship work. When you’re really funny, there’s nothing really bad that can happen. He is a realist and I am a dreamer.’
