With 99% of the world’s male population dreaming of a kiss from Angelina Jolie, the partner of actor Brad Pitt, it seems a little unlikely that when James McAvoy the 29-year-old Scotsman told Ann Curry on the UK TV show, TODAY that he found making out with Jolie a little awkward, that he really, really meant it.

Okay, we can believe that it may have been a little soon after being introduced, ‘Hey, how you doing, nice to meet you, I’m James, oh, we’re going to do a kissing scene now!’ and it may have been the first scene of the morning for their new movie Wanted, “It was her first day, it was her first scene,” McAvoy recalled, but we think most guys could have got past that and lost themselves in those Dunlop tyre sized pouting lips of Jolie’s.

After conquering his first kiss with Keira Knightley in the Oscar-nominated Atonement, kissing Angelina should have come relatively easily.

McAvoy revealed he “took some punches from Angelina” that caused bruising, and he even fainted on the movie set. Continuing he said, “My character has these panic attacks, and for the panic attacks they increased my blood pressure and let all the blood go to my head, I did it a little bit too much and I passed out.”

That’s what a kiss from Jolie will do to a man!
