Tonight saw the London premier of the latest James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, and although temperatures must have felt as low as .007 the stars, their wives and girlfriends were out in full force braving the elements.
The main man, Daniel Craig was in attendance, still nursing his damaged arm but cutting a dashing figure in a black suit complete with his little red poppy. Standing close to her man was Craig’s girlfriend, Satsuki Mitchell, who certainly didn’t steal any of Bond’s thunder in her rather understated, and somewhat boring deep purple evening gown.
But close on their heels ready to brighten the chilly night air came the lady of the night, in red, Olga Kurylenko. Her Valentino Fall 2008 Couture gown cascaded to the ground with a somewhat Grecian feel to it and then with a quick turn around, she was a geisha girl with a huge bow attached to her waist at the back.
As if those gowns weren’t cold enough for an October night in London town, a very brave Gemma Arterton appeared wearing a beautiful purple Balmain Spring 2009 dress. But, we guess being in such close proximity to Mr Craig was probably keeping her warm enough.
Then the mood changed completely with the arrival of the guy who penned the music to Quantum’s theme song, along with lyrics by Alicia Keys, Jack White and his wife Karen Elson were dressed ready for Friday night’s Halloween celebrations with a white faced ghoul appearance and in truth Goth fashion!
Along with the brave, the beautiful and the weird, the premiere also attracted the Royals in the form of Prince Harry and his older brother Prince William.
