It’s not often that we have much to report about the Jackson clan these days with Michael Jackson and the rest of his dysfunctional family keeping fairly low profiles.

But today we have Janet Jackson to thank for a bit of a headline. The 42 year old sister of Wacko Jacko was rushed to hospital Monday in Montreal causing her concert in the city, on Rock Witchu tour to be cancelled just minutes prior to its kick off!

Jackson’s representatives said in a statement the singer “got suddenly ill during her sound check … and had to be rushed to the hospital just before showtime.”

Jackson was taken to the city’s Royal Victoria Hospital but was released within a couple of hours with no real reason issued for her hospitalization.

Jermaine Dupri, informed a close contact that his girlfriend had been complaining of exhaustion, saying, “I can tell you that she’s definitely tired. She is doing back-to-back, three hour shows, and her body isn’t the same as it used to be.”

Could that be due to all the plastic implants?
