After what seems to be the longest pregnancy ever, Priscilla Presley must be jumping with joy! One again her daughter, by the original rock n’ roller Elvis Presley, has made her a grandmother! But this time the honour arrived in duplicate.

Lisa Marie Presley gave birth to twin girls at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, California, with her musician husband, Michael Lockwood and her two other children present.
Prior to the birth, Presley had posted a message on her web site saying, she and her husband were ‘beyond thrilled and blessed, elated and saturated in happiness.’

Lisa Marie was previously married to Danny Keogh who is the father of her two older children. After divorcing him in 1994 she went on to marry Michael Jackson, with a marriage that survived just 2 years. Her next marriage, to Nicholas Cage, was destined to survive an even shorter life of 4 months.
The twin girl’s arrived weighing 15lbs and 15 oz and 15lbs and 2oz. Their names are yet to be released.
