Match Point actress, Scarlett Johansson popped off to Vancouver this weekend, not for a weekend break but to tie the knot with her boyfriend of less than one year, Ryan Reynolds.

 The 23 year old blonde beauty, and her boyfriend, managed to avoid all the normal paparazzi interest associated with celebrity marriages as she and Ryan chose a private and remote location outside the city of Vancouver, on the West coast of Canada, which was originally the birth place of Ryan.

 The happy couple announced their engagement earlier this year after keeping that under raps as long as possible, with the media spotting the huge diamond solitaire on Scarlett’s finger arousing suspicion.

 Actor Ryan, 31, has appeared in several more movies over his 20 year career than the relative new comer, Johansson, with Dick, The In-Laws and Definitely Maybe to his acting credit.
