After dining at the famous Beso restaurant owned by Eva Longoria in Los Angeles, Cristiano Ronald, 24, was obviously feeling like a bit of a ‘desperate housewife’ as he attempted a touch of ‘one up man ship’ on every other metrosexual male in tinsel town, by clutching his own little little Gucci man-bag which also teamed up beautifully with his Gucci shoes and Gucci belt.

Ronaldo, apart from accessorizing himself with the odd heiress or two, has a well established penchant for eye-wateringly tight hotpants and a number of other eye catching assessories, but still the Portuguese footballer is confused at the media’s interest in his attire saying, ‘I don’t know why people are so interested in what I wear on holiday, last year, when I was in LA, everyone was talking about my tight trunks. Have you seen what people in LA wear? I was the most normal dressed person over there.’

Maybe the $80m Real Madrid transfer was just carrying his ‘bag’ for the little airhead heiress, Paris Hilton, whom he’s been snuggling up with while on holiday in the past few days, or maybe there’s more to it than meets the eye!
